Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Opened, used, washed or altered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons unless approved as defective. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless House of Taharah LLC approves the return due to a verified defect.
